Contracts and Headaches!

I want to get on to the fun stuff - like picking out hardwood floors and paint colors! Not signing all my money away and trying to find the right loan options... This isn't the most exciting part of the building or buying process. Ick! So I'm going to post some the stuff we like so far. Enjoy!
